Magic Theater with a Bar Space
Theater space (used for magic performance), can be used for anything. 150 seats. Consists of 2 floors, Bar, Lobby, Party room, Theater, Dressing rooms, Green room, etc. Everything can be used except 3 offices. The rates may be higher if the theater have shows going on at the time of the shoot. Have to use parking structures or meters. Commercial Rate might change a little depending on the scale of the production.

Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). Electricity to be used by smaller productions. House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). House lights cannot be moved.
