Cozy home in the center of Hollywood. You will be able to move furniture around. Even though you are in the middle of Hollywood it is very quiet. 15 ft. hedges so background sound is a non-issue. Lots of natural light during the day. Open space on the first floor, easy to maneuver for shots. Perfect if you need a living room, dining room and kitchen. Nice modern bathroom with enough space to shoot. Ok to leave equipment overnight, it is safe with alarm. Lots of props available so you can change the decors to fit the vibe you are trying to create. So many different ways to design the sets.
