Three Story Old Building constructed in 1908, perfect for a period piece or a contemporary setting depictung urban America. Has multiple locations in a single building (Garage, Elevator, Old Staircase, Several Studios, Industrial Rooftop). Brick exterior. Can be used for scenes ranging from an apartment, loft or industrial warehouse to an early 20th century sidewalk or city block. Rate stated is for a 12 hour FILM day only. Prep and Strike days are $2500 each. PHOTOGRAPHY allowed at $2500 for a 10 hour day. Smaller productions - for less hours - can be negotiable.

Painting walls or making holes in the walls to hang props has to be approved prior to the shoot. Be respectful of the space. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no trash disposal at the property). More rules upon booking.
