The layout of the house is incredibly unique. Every bedroom has direct outside access. All rooms have direct ocean view. Shooting allowed every day 6AM-9PM. Overnight is allowed with noise restrictions.

Any art has to be handled extremely carefully. No noise. Don't walk onto unstable areas. No smoking inside the house except for the scene. Please be respectful. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). Power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Painting walls or making holes has to be discussed prior to the shoot.
