Beautiful Victorian upper-class house. This house is very appropriate for Period Pieces projects for its unique and singular look and style. The house is very spacious inside, with large rooms and easy access between rooms and spaces through the floor level. The garage has a large door to facilitate the access to the interior of the house for equipment and logistic convenience. We are making the house available for Family oriented and uplifting projects.

$100 fee per night for hot set overnight. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking for crew (must go outside of the property). All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Crafty and food only in specific area. Wifi only for production. House not avaliable every Friday after 4:30pm and every Saturday all day.
