Overnight is allowed for the following rates: student - $540 for 12 hours, indie - $780 for 12 hours, commercial - $1200 for 12 hours. The amount of hours during night is negotiable. If your crew and cast are less than 10 people, you are allowed to shoot in a designated area during business hours without closing down the business for the following rate: student - $300 for 12 hours, indie - $500 for 12 hours, commercial - $750 for 12 hours. The amount of hours during business hours is negotiable.

Rules
No adult content. Painting walls or making holes in the walls has to be discussed prior to the shoot. You must fix or reimburse if something is broken. Please be respectful. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
