Closedown is negotiable. Overnight shoots are allowed for extra pay. Available for use are main store, storage room, kitchen, restroom and parking lot.

Rules
Strict policy of no painting walls or making holes in the walls. Rearranging things on the shelves has to be kept to a minimum and discussed with the owner prior to the shoot. Everything has to be returned to its original condition. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, no M18 or higher).
