Week day rates: 1 hr only - $160, Hr rate (from 2 to 4 hours) - $125, 5 hr rate 8AM-12PM - $600, 5 hr rate 2PM-7PM - $800, 8 hr rate 8AM-4PM - $1200, 11 hr rate 8AM-7PM - $1500. Week end rates: No 1 hour shoot, Hr rate (2 to 4 hours) - $150, the rest is the same.

Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you. No smoking inside, must consult with the owner before the shoot about any special effects and chemicals that could potentially damage the floors and property. Must be cleaned and returned to the same condition as it was received.
