Kitchen cannot be used. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking (must go outside of the property). All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). No fire allowed inside, including candle fire.
