All damage must be fixed. All actions by production crew must be approved by owner. All refrigerators and food is off limit. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking (must go outside of property). All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
