Modern European style cafe with bar. Restaurant, kitchen and 2 bathrooms available for production use. Business Hours: Sun-Thu (11:30AM-9PM), Fri-Sat (11:30AM-10PM). Allows closedown for $1000 + rate on week days and $2000 + rate on weekends. Walls painting and making holes in the walls has to be discussed prior to the shoot.

Rules
Use of anything in the kitchen has to be done under supervision. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking except for the scene. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
