Located on 5th floor. More than 10 people - $5 flat rate for each extra person. IMPORTANT: the rates stated are for 12-hour shoot ONLY. To shoot for less hours: 8 hours - $30/h, 4 hours - $35/h. WEEKENDS (SAT-SUN) RATES ARE DIFFERENT: 12 hours - $30/h, 8 hours - $35/h, 4 hours - $40/h. Business hours: 8AM-11PM. Overnight shoots are available, but need to be reserved in advance. Shooting any time between 11PM-8AM - $15/h extra. 3x alien bees on c-stands, 3x available per request light modifiers, wireless trigger, receiver, 3 feet of any default backdrop (white, thunder grey, black), changing area, clothing rack, 1-2 tables, make up station, mini fridge, bluetooth speaker. Some grip available upon request at no extra charge (v-flats, apple boxes, sandbags, extension cords, power strips, a-clamps, fans, stools).

Please show up no earlier or later than your call time. The space should be left as it was found, otherwise cleaning or damage fee will be charged. Tennis balls on stands. No smoking inside. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters).
