Beautiful and big house with guesthouse in the back. The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Huge private pool in the backyard of the main house. The Main house has a pool table and a small bar. The kitchen opens up to one of the living rooms. Only 1 bedroom for filming in the main house. Upstairs there is another living room.

Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Respect neighbors, and maintain both houses clean.
