Pets are allowed if it is scripted. No smoking inside the house unless it is for a scene. Respect neighbors by not being excessively loud. Not hanging out in the from yard. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking (must go outside of the property). All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
