Please be respectful. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking inside the house (must go outside of the property). All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Do not disturb neighbors. Must bring your own food and paper towels. Only areas agreed upon are permitted.
