Allows pets for extra charge. Any alterations to the house require owner permission and might require an extra charge including making holes in the walls. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard, not the front of the house. Noise restriction after 10PM. It is a residential neighborhood. Be mindful of the neighbors. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). No smoking inside the property except for the scene.
