No smoking on the property inside or outside. After 10PM no shooting outside, no noise. No smoking. No partying. Respect the neighbors. No loud music after 10 PM. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
