Painting walls is negotiable and has to be discussed prior to shooting. No parking on the street, outside the property. No smoking inside the property (except for the scene). Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
