2 Level condo plus the Roof Deck, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom. Higher than 25 people total - rate becomes $45 an hour for student. Week days shooting hours: 7AM-7PM, Weekends: 9AM-9PM. Overnight is negotiable, depends on what needs to be shot.

No smoking inside, no loud noises. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
