If you want to use house electricity, cost is $150 a day. Otherwise please use your own generator. Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property! To light the fire pit - has to be discussed in advance. Do not leave a fire unattended. We are in a very high danger fire zone. To avoid ants in the kitchen, keep all food sealed and covered. Keep doors and screens closed to avoid insects in the house. Do not take any wine from the wine cooler. If you unplug lights, don't forget to plug it back before you leave. Any attempt to tamper with the outside security cameras will dispatch the security patrol over. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters).
