Anything broken has to be fixed. Smoking inside for the scene has to be discussed prior to the shoot, otherwise it's not allowed. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher) - bring your own generator. Everything has to be returned to its original condition.
