Smoking only in a specified area. Painting of walls has to be discussed prior as well as making holes in the walls. Please be respectful. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking inside the house. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Do not disturb neighbors.
