Cleaning fee $150. Pets only allowed outside. No smoking inside the house. Painting walls or making holes in the walls allowed for extra pay and has to be discussed prior to the shoot. Please be respectful. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). Power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
