Main Restaurant, Kitchen, Restrooms are allowed for filming. Not office and storage. The rate stated is for Sundays 3PM-10PM. Small productions - you can inquire about shooting during business hours for the same rate, but note that it only might work if the production is very small. Business hours: Mon-Sat (8AM-9PM), Sun (8AM-3PM). Closedown of business is allowed for extra pay. Overnight is allowed with a supervisor fee of $30 per hour.

Rules
Everything that needs to be used has to be discussed prior to the shoot. Wifi can be only available for one computer. Refrigerator use has to be arranged and discussed prior to the shoot. Smoking inside for the scene has to be discussed prior to the shoot. Painting walls and making holes in the walls is possible, but the production has to be responsible for bringing it back to the exact original condition. Please be respectful. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
