Main Studio plus Office space that can be used if needed. Stated rates are for non-business hours only. Schedule changes often, so we will check the availability case by case. Closedown is allowed for extra pay. High ceilings, exposed brick walls and modern yet industrial design. We offer top of the line sound system, along with our hue lighting system providing an array of custom colors easily controlled on dimmers, offering many lighting possibilities. We also offer beautiful track lighting, that sit above the mirrors, and can be shifted in any direction desirable.

Rules
Prohibited are the use of specialized ventilation, chemicals or flammable props. Studio may be used only for legal business activities. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the studio or within 20 feet of the buildings premises. Renter is responsible for cleanup of entire studio, inside and outside before leaving (including cigarette butts). If the place is not left in a condition it was found, a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. $50 for any extra cleaning. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). $100 disposal of unusual amounts of trash. Please be cautious of mirrors. No food is allowed in studios. The renter must pay for any damage. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. More detailed rules upon reservation and signing of the agreement.
