PLEASE NOTE: Student and Independent Hourly Rate might be discounted if reserved for a full 12-hour day. Overtime rate equals the hourly rate plus $90 an hour. Site Manager Fee (required): $45 an hour. Commercial productions higher than 50 people - rate will be set case by case. Prep and Strike rate equals 50% of the normal rate. Parking lot is available nearby and they have prices for film crews.

Furniture and artwork arrangements have to be approved. Walls and floors have to be protected. Independent and Commercial Productions must provide their own cleaning or pay $250 cleaning fee. Everything has to be returned to its original condition. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, no M18 or higher).
