Keep noise level to a minimum. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Everything has to be returned to its original state. Making holes in the walls to hang pictures has to be negotiated prior to the shoot.
