Rules
All rentals include set up and clean up time. Noise - We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Any damage to the property during the rental is the responsibility of the production company. Must let us know if there will be alcohol. No smoking on premises. If you are doing a shoot and need pets - it has to be discussed prior to the shoot. Put everything back. Basecamp, holding area and crafty service must be in the garage or driveway (no food inside the house). Production must provide their own chairs and tables (no use of house furniture for food, drinks or equipment). The toilet is provided for up to 30 people. Productions larger have to provide their toilet. Ram boards on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). Power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Painting walls or making holes has to be discussed prior to the shoot. More rules upon reservation.
