PLEASE NOTE: rates stated are for crews larger than 10 people. Small crew (up to 5 people) = $500 per hour; 5-10 people crew = $1000 per hour. For large crews - price is negotiable. Availability depends on day and time requested. 9PM is the limit for shooting times. Parking is available - $42 per space for 24 hours.

Do not disturb hotel guests. Everything has to be discussed prior to the shoot. No smoking. Ram board on the floor. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters).
