Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher), walls cannot be painted. No holes can be made on the walls, if you want to hang something on the wall make sure paint does not go away. Smoking allowed only outside for crew.
Also to make sure all trash is picked up and walls are not scratched and if furniture is being rearranged to be careful nothing gets scratched or torn or broken. Most furniture and items may be moved except for the couches in the living room and family room, grand piano, and a few very large wall units. Site rep fee $200/12h if filming during the week. Weekend no site rep fee.
