Commercial rate is for up to 50 people only. 6-hour rate: Student - $600, Indie - $900, Commercial - $1500. Overnight is allowed for 40% extra fee. Student and Independent productions can't use the master bedroom. If needs to be used, the price might be negotiated.

No smoking inside. Walls can be painted for an additional charge only if discussed. More than 50 people price is negotiable. Negotiable for students as well if the crew is less than 10 people. No heating of the pool. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
