Business Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM-7PM (not able to shut down during these hours). Stated rates are for non-business hours only and for productions up to 20 people only. Here are the rates for productions up to 60 people: student - $150 an hour, independent - $300 an hour, commercial - $500 an hour. Available for use: General Area with Cubicle Offices, Private Offices, Kitchen, Conference Rooms, Back Patio, and Front Lobby.

Leave it the way it was received. No smoking. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters).
