Warehouse with Multiple Spaces including White Cyc and Basement
We are a large finished warehouse with several different atmospheres. First Floor includes two different basement spaces. Second Floor includes a studio with a white cyclorama, makeup room, restrooms, a standing set room, warehouse type space with brick walls, bar set, and a staircase to the upstairs loft, which can be used as an office, production office or a staging area. There is an elevator between the two main floors. Outside area and alley can also be used upon negotiation. For crews higher than 40 people total the rate will be negotiable.

Painting walls or making holes in the walls have to be negotiated prior to the shoot. Please respect the property and stay professional. Please clean up after yourselves. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). More rules upon reservation.
