A full 9th floor in a 13 story historic building. Office Space including lounge areas, café, booths, conference rooms, and private offices. Space is expansive, full of natural light and quite beautiful. Space is available 24/7. We prefer weekend or evening shoots but will consider closing the business for a weekday shoot. Smaller productions can work alongside the few tenants we have here in private offices. Rates stated are negotiable. Minimum to shut down business is $9000.
