Rustic Venue with an organic feel, adored for its rough, original brick work in a rustic state, arched wooden ceiling, and handcrafted rod iron chandeliers (can be removed if needed). Available 7 days a week from 7AM to 7PM. Additional cleaning fee depending on the type of production. IMPORTANT. Week day rates: 1 hr only - $300, Hr rate (from 2 to 4 hours) - $200, 5 hr rate 8AM-12PM - $800, 5 hr rate 2PM-7PM - $800, 8 hr rate 8AM-4PM - $1500, 11 hr rate 8AM-7PM - $1900. Week end rates: 5 hr rate 8AM-12PM or 2PM-7PM - $1500, 8 hr rate 8AM-4PM - 1900, 11 hr rate 8AM-7PM - $2500.

Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you. No smoking inside, must consult with the owner before the shoot about any special effects and chemicals that could potentially damage the floors and property. Must be cleaned and returned to the same condition as it was received.
