Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking (must go outside of the property). All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). No smoking inside. If anything is broken it has to be reimbursed.
