Music Center with 2 floors. Music Store and Music Classrooms with instruments. Everything can be used except offices. Business Hours: Mon-Thu (10:30AM-7:30PM), Fri (10:30AM-6PM), Sat (10AM-5PM). NOTE: The closedown is allowed for extra pay. The rates stated are for non-business hours only. In a busy season (like Christmas), in case of interruption of business, depending on the scale of the production - the rates vary: student $100-$500, independent $200-$700, commercial $500+.

Rules
Ram board on the floor. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Leave as is. If anything is broken you pay. No smoking inside.
