STATED RATES ARE FOR 8 HOURS during week days only (any time from 8AM to 6PM), for more than 8 hours, weekend or after hours STUDENT AND INDIE rate becomes: 12hour day - $1125, after hours or weekend - $1500. Any project that is after 6PM or on weekends requires a staff member and a security personal to be present for extra pay. Access to electricity is stipulated for each production (minimum fee is $ 300).

Rules
Not to be exposed to anything that may result in damage. Not to be exposed to water or humidity of any kind. Not allowed to use nails, pins or anything similar. Smoking or any use of open fire is prohibited. Dogs, prams and trollies are prohibited inside the buildings. Moving of anything has to be agreed prior to the shoot.
