Equipped with a White Cyc cove, a support room (ideal for makeup, wardrobe, or talent holding), quiet-running air conditioning, and echo reducing insulquilt. Access to full kitchen, lobby, conference room, as well as a gated parking lot with a private entrance. Brand new lighting and camera gear is available for rent upon request.

Rules
Rentals periods include unloading, shooting, cleanup and loading. Early entry or late departure will be charged at overtime rate. The space should be left as it was found, otherwise cleaning or damage fee will be charged. Limited dumpster space and can only accommodate 1 bag of trash per day of non-construction trash free of charge. If needed, additional waste removal will be charged at a small fee for dumpster service.
