The use of prop “dust”, haze, smoke and fog are all expressly forbidden. The use of any of these items will lead to loss of full security deposit, possible shut
down of production, and may include other actions. No food or beverage in-house (unless in the scene). Capped water bottles okay. Do not open any closed drawers, cabinets, doors without permission. To prevent damage, do not lean on stair railings or run up or down stairs. Do not slam the door or let doors slam – close by hand. Do not move or use furniture, art, or artifacts without permission. Do not use tape on floors or woodwork. Entryway goat is hand-painted. Do not lean on, handle, or allow equipment to touch. Backpacks must be carried – not worn in the house (to prevent knocking over
items or scratching walls). Smoking in designated areas only – no butts on ground or street. Keep doors closed when ac or heat is on. All trash must be taken offsite at end of each day (no use of house dumpsters). To prevent disputes, photograph any existing damage in areas that you are working in. In the event of damage or issue, report immediately. All crew, trash, and equipment must be offsite by contracted end time. Ram board on the floor. Tennis balls on stands. House power can only be used for LED lights and charging batteries. Otherwise you have to bring your generator. Property has to be maintained clean.
