Beautiful Contemporary Single Family Home with tall ceilings, open floor plan, lots of bright natural light. Quiet film friendly neighborhood. Plenty of staging areas. Big 3 car garage. Overnight shoots are available at negotiable extra cost. For standard shoot days please schedule for no later than 9PM. 2 floors, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house. Production can use only areas discussed prior to the shoot and designated in advance. Extra fee for AC or heat - $100/a day. Electricity - negotiable depending on the amount of power used. Prep or strike day - half the rate.

Smoking only allowed in designated areas, needs to be discussed prior to the shoot. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking inside except for the scene. All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher) - higher than that electricity is charged $100 extra. Leave everything as it was found.
