Extra care with gear and instruments and must only be handled with under the supervision of our staff. Staff member will also help with what can be moved around (some equipment will not be permitted to be moved, including the mixing board). We can provide you with a Recording Engineer for $300/day who can record whatever you need and provide a live feed to your audio. Food and drink only in the lounge areas. Do not scratch the floors (equipment must be on rollers/casters). No smoking inside the building. You are responsible for clearing and cleaning the space.
