Rules
Deposit equals the rate. Security is required - $500 for 12 hours. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). No smoking inside the property except for the scene. Please consult with management for rules in regards to utilization of property based on user needs.
