3 Rooms: 1 - Industrial Room 1300 sq ft equipped with a loading gate and numerous power outlets; brick wall with large windows with beautiful natural light. 2 - White Room 900 sq ft green room with 2 makeup stations and vanity mirrors with marquee bulbs. Additionally, there is a large spacious area perfect for changing room, crafty corner, prep area, etc. 3 - Black Room 800 sq ft perfect for staging, taking photos, extra space. Production office available plus additional storage space available at additional $40 per hour.
