PLEASE NOTE: Rates stated are for crews between 11-20 people. If the crew is less than 10 people the rates are: student - $59 an hour, indie and commercial - $72 an hour. Crews between 21-30 people: student - $79 an hour, indie and commercial - $92 an hour. Humble, happy, affordable 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms family home with a large private grassy backyard (with patio and enclosed side yard). Our home is simple yet clean and comfortable. Rental includes WiFi, full use of the home and has plenty of parking. Able to accommodate small or large crews. Chickens and our beloved English Bulldog, Chubbs, are available to assist if requested!

Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking on the property, inside or out. Catering in the front or backyard. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
