Driveway is available for a couple of cars, but it is very steep - use at your own risk - plenty of street parking. No smoking inside the property. No loud music or noise past 10PM or before 8AM. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
