3rd Floor Rooftop with a DTLA view as well as office space with kitchen and restroom. There is a hallway and stairs on the way to the rooftop that are also available for filming. Nights shoots are not allowed. Filming only from 8AM to 11PM.

Rules
Electricity is only enough for charging and using small equipment. You will need to provide your own generator for lighting. Painting walls and making changes to them is negotiable. No smoking inside or outside, only downstairs on the street. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no trash disposal at the property). Playback has to be down to a certain level - 80 db limit.
