Rules
No smoking inside or outside the property. Keep the property clean. Respect the neighbors, no loud blasting music. For exterior shooting only - the rate can be discussed depending on the scale and what needs to be shot. Can shoot less than 12 hours but the rate stays the same. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Everything has to be returned to its original condition.
