Dance Studio Space
Three dance studio spaces. One small, one medium and one very large with performing stage and changing rooms. Front entrance with desk. High ceilings in the large studio. You can bring chairs and make it look like theater for kids performance. PLEASE NOTE: stated rates are for the small studio. Medium Studio rates: student - $40 an hour, indie - $55 an hour, commercial - $90 an hour. Large Studio rates: student - $50 an hour, indie - $65 an hour, commercial - $100 an hour. No filming allowed during business hours. Business hours are Mon-Fri 4PM-9PM.

Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. No smoking (must go outside of the property). All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). No food inside of dance studios. Crafty and food only in specific area. Wifi only for production. Smoking only outside.
