Two Main Shop rooms, Office, Restroom. If you want to shoot for less than 12 hours, you will still pay a daily rate. The rates stated are for non-business hours only. Business hours are 8AM-5PM (Mon-Fri). Saturday and Sunday are open for filming full day.

Rules
Be respectful of the space and any equipment in it. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no trash disposal at the property). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Keep as you found. Anything lost or stolen has to be reimbursed.
